E-counselling is
a confidential and professional service which can be a convenient way
of addressing a range of personal issues by exchanging written
messages online with a qualified counsellor. This short term service
allows you to participate at your own pace, at any time, from any
location with internet access.

This resource
will be regularly updated with new ideas – articles, tips, and
courses on a variety of topics that can help you towards increased
health and well-being.
